We serve from Gainesville to Alachua, High Springs, Fort White, Newberry, Archer Bronson Williston, Trenton, Hawthorne, Melrose, Keystone, Brooker, Lacrosse, Waldo and Micanopy - plus all the areas in-between!
That's a pretty wide area, and we are proud to serve every one of our customers from these great places.
Gainesville Pump is an excellent company. We are large scale Cattle Ranchers in Alachua and Levy Counties. We have a number of pumps spread across both counties. These pumps must always be working as they supply the water to hundreds of cattle. Dennis and his employee's have been there for us day or night when we have emergency situations arise. It seems that the pumps and wells are the most tenuous in the worse weather, be it exceptionally hot or cold, and in every situation Gainesville Pump has responded quickly, and professionally, correcting the problems within hours and making sure the water is there for the animals. No doubt you've seen our big blue trucks rolling around your area, we make sure to keep them in top condition so we can reach our customers when they need us most, 24 hours-a-day and 7 days-a-week.
Our water went out, and we called the folks at Gainesville Pump at 3:30 in the afternoon - I figured by that time, we'd be lucky if we could get someone to come out and fix our problem next morning. Steve came out to fix it that day, he arrived about 5:30 (when most other people are finished for the day). He found the problem, fixed it, and had our water running again in less than an hour. Running water is not our only priority; we want your water to be clean and delicious. We know that there are areas out here that have rougher water than others, but that doesn't mean it has to stay that way.
