Steve was prompt on a Sunday (took less than 2 hrs to get here after I spoke to him) and had everything up and running after determining it was a pump check valve failure! Highly skilled, knowledgeable and very friendly. Price was within reason. This is the second time we replaced the pump. The first one lasted almost 18 years which is better than I ever expected. Excellent and friendly service. We had to have a new water tank and pipes replaced because of holes and water leakage. Steve worked us into his schedule and replaced all of the broken parts. He then worked with us to flush out the system making several trips.

I have been using Gainesville Pump for all my home and business services since 2000. In fact Dennis installed my original residential well system in 2000, and upgraded this complete system in 2013. I have had a great running system with few issues, but any issues i have experienced were quickly resolved by the dedicated technicians. The reason for my testimonial today and late yesterday evening i had an issue with intermittent water loss and as such I called for service. As i did not need immediate service until the morning the technician (Steve) over the phone quickly provided me troubleshooting advice that allowed me to resolve the issue myself. Steve experience and expertise were greatly appreciated by my family. As in the past i will continue to use Gainesville Pump because of the exceptional service.

We lost water midafternoon. Steve came out and replaced the pipes and the pumps and contact boxes, and we had water up and running in no time...I was expecting to have a wait for a service call, but he worked me into his schedule, didn't stop for lunch, and had three jobs after us and it was already around 4 in the afternoon. We have used them since 2013 and they have never let us be without water. Steve is very professional and friendly, explains what he is doing, and you can tell that he enjoys his job and is very knowledgeable....They came out one nite in the rain years ago, and i had turned the water off to the house at the water softner connection...they were so good natured about the getting called out for something so silly...said easiest job all nite. They have ALWAYS given us oldfashioned service everytime...it is a pleasure doing business with them...and educational.

EXCELLANT!!! On our way out for dinner for Valentine's day at 5 pm and no water pressure so called Gainesville Pump hoping I would catch someone before they left for the day and my call was answered with the wonderful response that someone would be out to evaluate the issue. Dillon showed up within the hour and quickly evaluated the problem and even in the dark was pulling the well pump and replacing the pipe and pump so we wouldn't be without water, he was extremely knowledgeable and even kept our 1 yr old energetic puppy happy while he resolved the water problem. GREAT tech and Great company, would recommend them to everyone who wants friendly, courtesy, experienced service no matter when there is a problem with your well even on Valentine's Day evening. I have used Gainesville Pump for over 10 years after having problems created by other companies who didnt install a check valve on the bottom of the pipes on the 4” well that stops water from flowing back down the well when the pump shuts off. OVER a period of time, this backflow puts strain on the pump and can cause problems to domino and even burn out the submersible pump etc. Then You call the company again much later giving them a reason to be called again. GAINESVILLE PUMP pulled the pump, found the issue and fixed it. All my questions were answered honestly to help me understand the whole system to avoid future problems. Things still go wrong over time that is no-ones fault. Each time I needed further help, GP Came out and never did more than neccessary to fix the problem. When You do it right the first time, a second visit doesnt happen for whatever the issue is. They have always fixed it right and My Bill has been reasonable for the work done. I Have Never been overcharged or price gouged It is good to know that a company nowdays is honest and takes pride in their work. They actually dont want to have to come back out to re-do a job. That takes time away from others who may really need the work done. They are Honest and Reasonable with Your cost. Having a well system working properly is a blessing.

Steve is amazing!! My well tank became waterlogged and shut down early Sunday morning. I gave Gainesville Pump a call expecting to get an answering machine or service but Steve answered. He was on another job but let me tell him what was going on. He gave me several possible problems and the solutions to those problems. Many phone calls later (he was patient and very professional through all of them) I thought we had it fixed. Monday morning came and no water. The only problem we did not fix turned out to be the issue. I called Steve again to make sure I was buying the correct part and again he was so kind and helpful. I will be recommending Gainesville Pump to everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

Our water went out, and we called the folks at Gainesville Pump at 3:30 in the afternoon - I figured by that time, we'd be lucky if we could get someone to come out and fix our problem next morning. Steve came out to fix it that day, he arrived about 5:30 (when most other people are finished for the day). He found the problem, fixed it, and had our water running again in less than an hour. He was real friendly and very professional. I would definitely use these guys again.

A BIG Shout Out to Gainesville Pump, I awoke to NO water for my shower this morning, Mike, was outside working on the pump, but the poor thing was wore slap out! :-( Mike called Gainesville pump was on the scene in less than an hour (on Saturday)! He pulled that old pump out and replaced within a few hours! Now we have fresh clean water and the CocoCastile factory is up and running!!! Tank died late on a Sunday night, called them at 8:01am on Monday morning. He was at the house by 10:30 and walked me through the whole process. I already knew we needed a new tank, which he confirmed, without trying to push me to replace the pump as well. The new tank was installed and working great (along with a few miscellaneous parts) by 3:30pm the same day! Amazingly awesome customer service, would highly recommend!

I called at 7:20 am. A real person answered the phone :-) I explained that we had no running water. They had someone at my house in just over an hour from the time I called. The men were very professional and answered my questions. I expected the worst - to have to replace the pump. Instead, it turned out that they were able to replace the control box and fix the problem. Yes, there are still honest people out there! I will definitely hire them when our 21 year old well pump finally dies.
No water when wife went to take a shower this morning. Called around 8:00 am and by 9:30 am water was running again. Very prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend.

They came to check the well and found out the well pump was damaged. They brought the new pump and installed it. They did as well a check up for all the well pipes. Great job and excellent guys. Very professional.
Received callback within a short time of establishing initial contact regarding no water. Showed up within 30minutes and went right to work. Their knowledge of the field and willingness to explain what they were doing was most welcome. Learned things about pumps and wells I did not know.
I called for service due to air in our water lines, worse fear was the well ran dry, much to my surprise an actual person answered the phone at 6:30am. I explained what was going on and he told me a time frame he would be arriving. He was running a little late and actually called to let me know that! Fortunately our pump did not run dry and a few parts were replaced. I had dealt with Dennis in the past and am very pleased that his incredible customer service has continued. First of all I contacted them based on Angie's list reviews. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and personable, and promised a call back in time for me to get home to meet the technicians. They called me in time to meet them at my house and inspect the system. They were able to quickly determine the problem and make recommendations to get the work done. After getting a detailed estimate they did all the necessary work on the spot. They had the parts they needed and the knowledge to get them installed quickly and properly. Had to shut down pump at dusk on Saturday when water suddenly started spewing from a blown gasket, no water. Found these folks on Angie's list with all those A's that night. Read on their web-site they were a 24-7 outfit so I called them on Sunday morning. From the time of the phone call to the time he pulled away (and I had water again) was about 3 hours.
Gainesville Pump is an excellent company. We are large scale Cattle Ranchers in Alachua and Levy Counties. We have a number of pumps spread across both counties. These pumps must always be working as they supply the water to hundreds of cattle. Dennis and his employee's have been there for us day or night when we have emergency situations arise. It seems that the pumps and wells are the most tenuous in the worse weather, be it exceptionally hot or cold, and in every situation Gainesville Pump has responded quickly, and professionally, correcting the problems within hours and making sure the water is there for the animals. We have been using Gainesville Pump for years and they have never let us down. They are a top notch, professional group of people and we are pleased to give them five stars and recommend them highly to anyone needing this type of service. I must also give a thank you to Steve who is the very knowledgeable service person who has responded to our SOS's many, many times. Steve is obviously highly trained in his trade and makes every attempt to keep the price reasonable for the necessary services Gainesville Pump provides.

Not more than two minutes later Steve called me back. I explained my problems and he told me I was third on his list and I should see him in about two hours.
